In Edgewater, we build on 40’ and 50’ lots. The 40’ lots offer 12 floor plans with one- and two-story home designs. The Canyon (S3323) is a beautifully designed single-story home. The foyer opens to your Kitchen, Dining, and Family Room areas. The Primary Bedroom has a spacious and open feel that connects the Primary Bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and an optional free-standing tub. A highlight of this plan is the Utility Room being close to the Primary Bedroom, adding convenience into your daily life. The Asherton (S3326) is a popular two-story design with a unique layout. Downstairs, you will be greeted with the Primary Bedroom next to the entry way along with your study and a half bath. With three bedrooms, two and a half bath with a two-car garage, this plan has plenty of space for you. Similar to the Canyon, the Utility Room is close to the Primary Bedroom as it is more convenient for daily use. Upstairs features two bedrooms along with the Game Room and optional Media Room.

Our 50’ lots feature 9 floor plan designs and offers one- and two-story options. The Lockhart (S4307) is a brand-new plan in our Saxony line up we’re excited about! Walking through the door into the foyer, your three bedrooms are conveniently right off the hallway. Once you immerse yourself into the open layout you’ll be greeted by a spacious and bright Kitchen, Dining, and Family Room. Featuring a two-car garage that is also extended into a Tandem for some extra space. The Blanco (S4303) is a luxurious two-story design, that defines spacious and bright. Four bedrooms, three baths, two car garage, and multiple options you can add to your home. Downstairs you will have your Primary Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, and your Study. Just like our other designs, you will have your Utility Room right off the Primary Bedroom. Upstairs you enter through the Game Room with two other bedrooms down the hallway.

Our Edgewater Model Plan is an example of charm and feeling like you are home. Our popular Blanco (S4303) floorplan is a very open plan showcasing tall ceilings, natural light, and open space. This Model absolutely exceeds expectations.

Saxony Floorplans

Edgewater now features our Saxony floorplans which are new and exciting for this community. Instead of long meetings in our Design Studio, our Designers have carefully selected packages to choose from on site in our Model Home. When selecting one of our 8 different interior collections, each will come with a matching style of tile, flooring, backsplash, carpet, and countertops. Our Saxony exterior collections are also beautifully appointed with options varying from natural brick to painted exteriors. There is nothing else to worry about, with our Shaddock Designers taking care of building your perfect home.
